Furnace quit on the coldest night of January. Daniel was here in about an hour, had the inducer motor on the truck, and we were warm by 10pm. Price was exactly what he quoted.

Got three quotes for a new water heater. Copper Ridge wasn’t the cheapest, but they were the only ones who noticed our expansion tank was failing too. Clean install, old tank gone.

What I appreciate most is they don’t upsell. The tech told me our 14-year-old AC had a few more summers in it and just fixed the capacitor. That’s why we joined the Comfort Club.

Questions

Before you call.

Do you charge extra for nights and weekends?

Comfort Club members never pay after-hours fees. For everyone else there’s a flat $75 after-hours charge, which we tell you up front on the phone.

How do your prices work?

We use flat-rate pricing: you see the total price for the job before we start, no matter how long it takes. The $89 diagnostic is waived if you go ahead with the repair.

Should I repair or replace my furnace?

If it’s under 12 years old and the repair is less than a third of the replacement cost, we’ll almost always tell you to repair it. We’ll give you both numbers and an honest opinion.

Do you help with utility rebates?

Yes. We fill out the rebate paperwork for qualifying high-efficiency furnaces, heat pumps and water heaters, and tell you before you buy which ones qualify.
